Assignment #1: Elements and Principles 

This is a picture I took on the football field of part of the soccer goal and some sort of uniform. I took this picture for the element of form because there are a lot of different 3-D shapes here. It turned out a little dark, but overall not too bad. 

This is a picture of a mop leaning up against a brick wall near the bleachers of the school. I took this picture for texture because the brick wall and mop have very different textures and that's what I wanted to capture. I didn't like how this one turned out a little dark as well and too gray. 

Assignment #2: Still Life

This is a picture of some sports objects including a football, shoes, a baseball mit, and part of a lacrosse stick. I took this picture for my still life because the objects all fit together nicely and I liked how it was arranged.

This is a picture of a basket of different flowers with garden gloves and tools on the side. I took this picture for still life because I liked how some of the flowers and the garden gloves were in focus so you could see the texture well.
